These terms cover your use of the ASO Sprint website (asosprint.com), operated by Stubborn Gaming Studios LLP ("we", "us"), based in India. ASO Sprint is a pre-launch product, so these terms are deliberately simple. By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.
Using this site
- This site exists to describe ASO Sprint and let you join the launch waitlist.
- Don't misuse it — no attempting to breach security, scrape the waitlist, submit spam or automated signups, or interfere with the site's operation.
- Content on this site (text, design, branding) belongs to us. Don't republish it as your own.
The waitlist
- Joining the waitlist is free and only requires an email address you're entitled to use.
- Being on the waitlist gets you launch and product-update emails. It does not reserve pricing, features, or access.
- You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing hello@asosprint.com. How we handle your email is covered in our Privacy Policy.
No promises about the product
ASO Sprint has not launched. Anything on this site about features, pricing, plans (including the free plan), or timing describes our current intent, not a commitment. We may change, delay, or cancel any of it — including deciding not to launch at all. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of future functionality or of any particular App Store or Google Play ranking outcome.
Limitation of liability
This site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stubborn Gaming Studios LLP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on anything published on it. Since the site is free and pre-launch, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us to use it — which is nothing.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves — certainly at launch, when real service terms will replace these. Changes take effect when posted here, with the "last updated" date revised. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
